You can choose to build your home on one of our premium homesites in the best neighborhoods and school districts in many of the top-tier suburbs of the Twin Cities, including in North Oaks, Woodbury, Minnetonka, Orono, Minnetrista, Shorewood, Chanhassen, Plymouth and Maple Grove.
Or you can choose to build on your own lot. Our team will help you find the perfect location before we begin.
After you find the perfect location, we will begin designing your finely crafted custom home. Our architecture team will work with you to detail out every inch of your home, using a process that is both an art form and a science. You will have the opportunity to watch as our architects take information gathered from you and sketch your new custom home before your eyes.
Inside of our Design Studio, interact with all the items you want for your future home, hand-selecting your home design finishes from a broad range of the finest materials available. You’ll be able to see and touch these items in a relaxed atmosphere, while our professional designers work with you to perfect your design.
Once the design process is complete, it is time to begin building. Gonyea uses only the best materials and superior building techniques to protect your investment. After the completion of your home, our warranty service division provides responsive service far after the build is complete. We stand behind our work.
