Parade of Homes History
The Parade of Homes showcases new and remodeled homes throughout the Twin Cities Metro. Since 1949, the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) has presented this free home tour event to give families in the region an opportunity to learn about new home builders and remodelers, and get inspired by quality home design from the Parade models.
Gonyea on the Parade
During the Parade of Homes, we get to exhibit our distinctive architectural design and superior construction. This gives participants a firsthand look into why Gonyea Homes & Remodeling is a leading custom home builder and remodeler. Although we are excited for the upcoming Fall Parade of Homes (Sept. 9 – Oct. 1) we want to take a minute to look back and reminisce. Below are a few highlights of different models in the Parade models throughout the last 5 years.
